General: www.bmcoachingplus.com is owned and operated by BM CoachingPlus, a company registered in Birmingham, UK.  These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) (Terms of Use) tell you the terms on which you may make use of our website on www.bmcoachingplus.com (Site). By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our Site or purchase services from us.

Disclaimer: you acknowledge and agree that you are not guaranteed to achieve any specific, personal, professional or financial results or earn any specific amount of income by purchasing one or more services on this Site. BM CoachingPlus makes no promises, representations or warranties concerning the viability of any goals, aspirations or endeavours you may identify or choose to pursue during or as a result of your purchase of one or more services on this Site. You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions that result from your use of services on this Site. BM CoachingPlus does not provide psychological, investment or financial advice. In addition, you are solely responsible for taking all actions necessary to ensure your medical safety.

Payment: The fees for all coaching services must be paid in full before the start of any services such as package, program or single sessions. The fees as advertised on the Site are inclusive of VAT. All payments shall be made in GBP. 

Refund Policy: All coaching services are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy: All coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start of the session or call. In the event that you do not attend a scheduled call or session, we reserve the right to retain the fees paid. 

Client Responsibility: All coaching services are developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results from BM CoachingPlus services.

Intellectual Property: All text, graphics, audio, video or image files, content, software, applications and information displayed on or available from this Site, and all copyright, trade mark rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights in them (together, the "Proprietary Content") are the property of BM CoachingPlus or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, the organisation and lay-out of the Site and the underlying software.  Those rights are protected by laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

By using the Site, you are agreeing that Proprietary Content is available for personal use only and that you will not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or dispose of in any way, any Proprietary Content.

Privacy Policy: Personal information provided or collected through or in connection with this Site shall only be used in accordance with BM CoachingPlus' Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use are subject to the Privacy Policy as posted on this Site. 

You have read and accept the terms contained in our Privacy Policy as indicated on the Site.

Computer Viruses:We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or computer viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own computer programs and platform to access our Site.

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall BM CoachingPlus be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Site or the materials contained in, or accessed through, our Site. Applicable Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. We both agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
